The hotel was situated in a prime location near the center of town, making transportation very accessible. Furthermore, the hotel had excellent facilities including a gym and an indoor pool. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, despite language barriers. Moreover, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast selection which provided a good start to my day.

quiet hotel with affable staff and great location. rooms are big with climate control, a private safe and cable channels. apart from that, aktau lighthouse was 10 minutes away by driving.

This hotel is conveniently located near the beach and city center, making it a great location for sightseeing and relaxation. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with large bathrooms. the staff is friendly and accommodating, even with minimal English speaking ability. Guests can enjoy a gym, pool, and other facilities for free.
Some guests may find it challenging to communicate with staff due to limited English proficiency.

the location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to the beach and city center where I could enjoy shopping and sightseeing. Another advantage was the accessibility of the rooftop bar, which offered a lovely view of the city and tasty cocktails.
I was taken aback by the lack of English-speaking staff, which made it difficult for me to communicate and place orders at the bar. the breakfast provided was limited and not very appetizing, which left me disappointed.

During my Xmas holidays, I stayed at a hotel which had all the basic amenities that one could ask for. The room was equipped with a coffee maker and a refrigerator which saved me the trouble of going out to fetch my morning coffee. The best part about the hotel was that it was located in close proximity to many key attractions, making commuting a hassle-free experience. the staff was friendly and welcoming and made me feel at home.
There were certain aspects of the hotel that did not live up to my expectations. the breakfast was a letdown as there was no variety and the quality was far from satisfactory.
